UPRIGHT: Universal Prevention Resilience Intervention Globally implemented in schools
UPRIGHT (EU Horizon 2020, H2020-SCI-2016-2017) is a resilience-based universal whole-school programme co-created and adapted across five European regions to promote mental wellbeing in teenagers. As a member of Work Package Two, I led the psychometric and factor-analytic validation of the Resilience Scale for Adolescents across participating countries and contributed to the trial methodology published in BMC Public Health.
The project combined co-creation workshops with schools, regional adaptation of intervention materials, and a large-scale randomized controlled trial spanning Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain and Norway.
